NATIONAL PARKS 

Day 1: Calgary

On arrival at your hotel in Calgary, you’ll meet your tour director and the other tour participants for a welcome cocktail.

Day 2: Calgary - Banff

You’ll leave Calgary in the morning and travel West on the TransCanada Highway, then on the Icefield Parkway, the most beautiful part of the Panamericana Route. Along the way you’ll see impressive waterfalls and the glaciers of the Columbia Icefield, and take a trip on the Sno Coach to the Athabasca Glacier and the famous Waterfowl, Peyto and Bow Lakes. In the evening, you’ll arrive at your destination for the next two nights: Banff, the centre of Banff National Park.

Day 3: Banff

You’ll spend the day sightseeing in and around Banff and nearby Lake Louise. There will be time for browsing and shopping in Banff.

Day 4: Banff - Kelowna

Westbound now, through Yoho National Park and the wonders of Emerald Lake and the Natural Bridge, with a stop at the overlook of the Spiral Tunnel, built by CP Rail almost 100 years ago. You’ll cross Rogers Pass in Glacier National Park, where the railroad builders had to contend with avalanches and record annual snow falls, then travel through Mt. Revelstoke National Park and into the Okanagan Valley, with its many orchards and estate wineries. Overnight in Kelowna.

Day 5: Kelowna - Vancouver

You’ll visit a winery in the morning, then head back to Vancouver via the absolutely spectacular Coquihalla Highway across the Coastal Mountains and through the Fraser Valley. You’ll be in Vancouver in the late afternoon, and a transfer to your convention hotel concludes your tour.
